Expression of Glasso network genes in PC12 cells. Relative mRNA expression of genes in the network was examined in both undifferentiated and NGF-treated PC12 cells by qRT-PCR. The relative mRNA level was calculated using 2^(−ΔΔct) method where the expression level of undifferentiated sample was calculated as 1. Since Pdyn is undetectable at 40 cycles on qRT-PCR in undifferentiated PC12 cells, the relative mRNA level was calculated by assumption of Ct value of undifferentiated sample as 40 cycles.
