3 bullet points – make sure you refer to them.
Key idea: HOW language is used –techniques need to be spotted and PEE used to analyse the writing. No credit for a respinse with no explanation.

Use quotation and explain as necessary.
No credit for irrelevant information – Joe’s account, for example.
