1 : ü the number 1 in the square of the player position I. of the serving team marking the 1st player to serve.
2 : Put an X into the box of the player position I. of the receiving team marking that this player will not serve in this rotation.

12. During the Match
1 : Cross the gained points in the column POINTS of the respective team.
2 : When the serving team looses the service, write the point, which the team had in the moment of side out into the row SERVICE ROUND below the server.
3 : Cross the gained point of receiving team and put ü onto the number 1 in the square of player position II (to be server).

13. Substitution EXAMPLE 1 :
ITA player No.12 will be substituted by No.7, at score 10:7 TO THE opponent.
Record the number of the substitute player into the box below the number of the player leaving the court and the scores of both teams at the moment of the substitution (First digit is the number of score of requesting team).

14. Substitution EXAMPLE 2 :
ITA player No.12 returns onto the court, at score 14:8 to BRA.
If the starting player returns to the court, record the scores of both teams up to the moment of the substitution into the box below the preceding box and circle the number of the player leaving the court (to show they can’t return to court this set).

If a starting player after returning to the court is injured and is EXCEPTIONALLY SUBSTITUTED, this fact is recorded in the REMARKS section (team, players, set, score) e.g. Ex Sub A, 7 for 12, 1,12-16.

17. The End of the Set
Write the exact time at the end of the set into the END time box.

Cancel the points not reached by both teams in the columns of POINTS and the last points of each teams are to be circled in the part SERVICE ORDER.
If a set is won by a receiving team, the last point must be recorded and circled without crossing out the Service Round no. .

18. The 5th Set After the toss scorer gets the following information :

19. The 5th Set When a team reaches 8 points:

After change of court, points gained by the team on the right side are to be recorded only on the right side
Continue until the end of the 5th set.
Write the end time.
If the teams made one complete rotation, the services of the team going from the left side are to be recorded into same row as opponent’s ones

20. End of the Match Write all data in the box RESULTS of both teams:
T : Time out of each sets. 2

21. End of the Match Total the data in last row.
Write starting time, ending time and total match duration.
Record the winner.
