Handwritten:
Quotation marks belong around short works such as poems, songs, essays, chapters, articles, and subsections of a work.
Underlining belongs with larger works such as novels, the name of the magazine, the name of the newspaper, the name of the website, or an epic poem (such as Beowulf or The Odyssey).
