To inform civilians in Tiajin China what exactly occured on the day of the explosions inside the Ruihai Logistics facility (N.A.f, 2015).
To assess damages and casualties to properly strategize a solution.
Prepare new safety requirements to prevent further tragedies.

According to the Tianjin government, more than 700 individuals were harmed by the explosion; lost with 95 firefighters and 11 cops. (N.A.d, 2015).
The damage of buildings, cars have been largely destroyed (N.A.e, 2015)
Highly toxic sodium cyanide was fund through the explosion. A Logistics companies accidentally leaked toxic gas, has been implicated in a number of other fatal industrial explosions (N.A.f, 2015).
