Challenges Out of scope Tranche Deliverables
Delayed start of DG projects- affects SQMR + fund movement. Results in poor delivery. Non-CHIETA Projects (Enrolments and Certification). Workplace approvals must be in place before commencing with project. Learner contracts must be duly completed- Follow Checklists Provided. Clear certified ID documents (dated within 3 months) and highest qualifications. Invoice dates should allow CHIETA 21 days for payment Large number of Change requests WIL programs - must have approved HOST companies ( TVETs/HETs) Recoveries of Unspent Funds Submission Deadlines not Met ( WSP –DG )
