Nomination changes previously submitted via paper post cycle form submissions between the hours of 8:00PM and 8:30AM for current gas day can now be submitted as regular nomination submissions.
Nominations to reinstate cuts after 8:00pm will need to be resubmitted by retriggering the nominated quantity (see instructions on slide 4). Intradays will NOT be confirmed without a retriggered nomination.
Nomination submissions are subject to the following, in addition to other possible constraints or approvals:
Acceptance by Interconnecting Pipelines
Existing capacity constraints
Elapsed Prorated Scheduled Quantity (EPSQ)
OFO restrictions

Nomination submitted in previous cycle for 1,000 dth
Cut to 500 dth during ID3 confirmations
Nomination will still display at 1,000 dth at IDL Cycle
To resubmit in IDL cycle:
- Increase/Decrease nomination
- Validate
- Change nomination to original quantity
- Submit

Final Notes
With the addition of this new cycle shippers are encouraged to review section of the Equitrans Tariff for guidelines around timelines for post cycle nomination submissions after the new 8:30AM ET IDL deadline.
Shippers can run any of various scheduled quantity reports from QPTM to verify quantities (i.e. Scheduled Quantity Detail Report CFX67), an additional reduction notice will be sent out after the IDL confirmation deadline.
