1 Leadership Qualification process:
1 New Leader in training in Girl guiding identified. 2 Division Commissioner obtain LQ workbook from County Commissioner or LQ Coordinator. 3 Division Commissioner to inform LQ Coordinator of mentor, so can update “Go” 4 Division Commissioner, mentor and Leader in training meet, support and stay in regular contact. 5 Leader in training completes workbook and is signed off by mentor. 6 On completion, send workbook and evidence to Division Commissioner 7 Division Commissioner to check evidence and up date "GO" 8 Division Commissioner to present Leadership badge and Certificate to Leader in Training (obtained from County badge secretary)
