Jeremy Horn is a Consultant at Business Improvement Group LLC
Jeremy was a process improvement specialist at his former company for six years, during which he led more than 10 lean implementations throughout multiple plants in the company. He advised other branches of his company on process improvement as well. Before this Jeremy was team leader in multiple production areas where he would lead up to 10 people at one time.
Jeremy now consults with companies in his new role with Business Improvement Group. He has most recently lead productivity improvements at a heavy machining manufacturing company in Poland reaching up to 40% improvements. Jeremy is a specialist with workstation design, 5S, data analysis, visual management and Lean leadership coaching.
Jeremy is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner and is obtaining a degree in business project management, expected to complete in 2021, with plans to obtain an M.B.A.
