The Roberts Brothers Agent Benefits Program, offered by Dergalis Associates, provides your agents with easy access to insurance and other financial products and services through financial professionals. Dergalis Associates is comprised of a team of professionals focusing on financial services, health insurance and benefit administration. The team works together to help your agents create customized financial strategies and benefit plans. Now that I’ve told you how the program can help you, lets talk about what the program is. The Agent Benefits Program, offered by Dergalis Associates, provides your agents with easy access to insurance products and financial products and services through financial professionals. Dergalis Associates is comprised of a team of financial professionals with focus on financial services, health insurance and benefit administration. The team works together to create customized financial strategies for your agents. Before I begin to discuss the specifics of the products available to your agents, I want to first explain how the Agent Benefits Program was designed specifically to meet the needs of Realtors. 4

5 Group Insurance Plans For New Agents For Current Agents
Our group insurance plans are available to your agents GUARANTEED-ISSUE during their New Associate Election Period, which lasts 30 days after their start date. They cannot be denied coverage based on health and there is no medical underwriting process. For Current Agents Dental and Vision Insurance have an annual company-wide open enrollment. An agent may also enroll during a qualifying life event. Life and Disability Income Insurance can be enrolled in at any time, but with limited medical underwriting. Group Insurance is not commonly offered to Realtors, which we wanted to address through our program. Outside of our role as agents of AXA Network, LLC, we offer <Group Life Insurance, Group Short-Term Disability Income Insurance, Group Long-Term Disability Income Insurance, Group Dental Insurance and Group Vision Insurance>. During an agent’s New Associate Election Period, which lasts for 30 days after their start date, the group insurance products are offered as Guaranteed-Issue. That means the agent cannot be denied coverage based on health and there is no medical underwriting process. 6 Automatic Contribution Program
This is a structured savings plan where a percentage of each commission check an agent receives gets automatically contributed to either a tax* or retirement account. Provides agents with a structured savings plan An agent saves money ONLY when they make money * All funds contributed for the purposes of setting money aside to pay income taxes (“tax account”) are invested in a money market mutual fund through AXA Advisors, LLC. An Investment in the fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any government agency. Although the Fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the Fund. Please consider the charges, risks, expenses, and investment objectives carefully before purchasing a mutual fund. We also wanted to find a way to address how hard it can be to save on a commission-based salary. The only thing predictable about commissions is that they’re unpredictable, and many savings plans are based on putting away a specific amount of money on a schedule. Since houses don’t sell on a schedule, or for the same amount, how could a realtor save consistently? One answer is our Automatic Contribution Program. It helps agents save money ONLY when they earn a commission check. We understand that commission checks are almost never for the same amount, so instead of defining a set dollar amount to save, an agent selects a percentage. The Automatic Contribution Program has two available options: The Tax Savings Plan and the Retirement Savings Plan, both of which we’ll talk about in detail in a bit. 6

All group life, disability income, health, dental and vision insurance coverage is offered entirely outside of AXA Network, LLC, AXA Network Insurance Agency of California, LLC, AXA Network Insurance Agency of Utah, LLC or any of their affiliates. 7

This structured savings plan helps agents stay focused on selling.
