6. HISTORICAL INFORMATION
– deaf sports starts to develop in Russia;
the first International Winter Deaflympics, the program of the competitions includes 2 disciplines;
– Russia is participating in the Deaflympics for the first time;
– the Deaflympic movement starts its developing in Ugra;
– the athletes from Ugra are taking part in the Summer Deaflympics for the first time;
2015 – the Winter Deaflympics will be held in Russia, the program includes 5 sport disciplines:
Competitions in 5 sports will take place in Khanty-Mansiysk;
Competitions in 4 alpine skiing disciplines will take place in Magnitogorsk;
National team of Russia will consist of 78 athletes from 19 country regions;
