Fig 2 (A–D) Pictures of the procedure. There is a one-to-one match between Figures 1 and 2. The part of the graft between two asterisks (C, D) is the sealing zone for stent graft deployment. It is important to make this segment as long as possible to prevent leakage. The titanium clip was at the proximal asterisk position. Two stent grafts were used because the patient suffered dissection with dilation in the descending aorta.
