Review Find a partner that has the same phone as you. If you cannot find an exact match, find the closest match. On the scratch piece of paper, answer the following question with your partner. Mrs. Ireland is hiking in the Rocky Mountains outside her house in Utah. As she hikes, she notices the river has vanished leaving a dry river bed. She continues to hike up the mountain and hears the sound of water. The river has shifted course and now runs down the mountain in a new path. Describe the observations Mrs. Ireland has made. Create a potential question about the new river path. Challenge yourself to write a hypothesis about this situation.
