3 System information System Requirements
Please consult with your IT System Administrator that the PC in use meets the following standards . Operating System Processor Memory Monitor Software Network Microsoft Windows 7® or higher (Note use Windows Explorer 10 and lower) Pentium® 1 GHz processor or compatible processor (higher is desirable) 512 MB RAM min (1GB desirable) 1024 x 768 min recommended Microsoft Office 100Mbps network speed – minimum Internet Browser CCS is supporting Google Chrome®. .

4 Logging onto the CC system
Website : After entering the ‘User Name’ and the ‘Password’ click on the ‘Login’ button to enter the next screen of the CC system. Note: ID logins and passwords will be provided to you. Only 1 login per dealer

Select a category to view any logged cases

12 Complaints CCS screen view when selecting complaints , captured complaints will be shown here. Click on view to open up the captured ticket.

13 Other CCS screen view when selecting other, captured tickets will be shown here. Click on view to open up the captured ticket. This option is used for general communication from HASA to Dealership and needs to Be monitored .
