6. What do you need to ask yourself for good reflection?
Tasks Performed:
What were the tasks that you did and what was their purpose?
Which task did you pick up quickly and why do think that is?
Which task did you have trouble with and how did you improve your ability to achieve the task?
What communication skills did you use when doing tasks?
Which tasks did you think were pointless? How would you suggest they improve or change the task? How could you communicate that to the work place?
If you always do what you’ve always done, then you will always get what you’ve always got!

7. What do you need to ask yourself for good reflection?
Working with others:
Who did you feel most comfortable working with or for and why?
Who did you feel was difficult to work with or for and why? What do you think that you could have done to change that dynamic?
Who communicated the most clearly to you and how did they do it?
Who do you think would be the best mentor and why? Remember a mentor is not always the person you like the most but the person who you would learn the most from.

Job/Position/Industry:
Was the job what you thought it was going to be? Why?
Is there a career pathway?
What was unexpected about this job? Positive or Negative.
Has WEX changed your opinion about the job? Why

Which of the skills did you use most and why?
Which of the skills did you use least and why?
Which skills did you feel most confident in using and were able to benefit the workplace? Why?
Which skills did you feel that you needed to develop further and why?

10. TIPS
What ever statement you make you need to support with evidence. Give real examples from your WEX placement in your answers.
If you present an issue or problem always provide a possible solution.
Be clear about identifying your strengths!

It keeps the communication loop open between you and that person.
A thank you note extends the window of opportunity of communication with someone else, keeping your name in their mind.
It’s for this reason that many people advise sending a thank you note after a job interview, as it will add a late positive to their opinion of you as they make a hiring decision.
It can also serve to keep open communications with someone with whom you may have a strained or a small relationship.
In other words, a handwritten thank you note is a perfect balm for many situations. It can help extend your personal relationships and also in extending your career.
