6 Goals and Objectives Reinforcing our emerging status as the global reference brand for our product sector. To align our product offering even more closely with individual markets tastes. To expand the R&G name into other relevant spheres, such as ATV, scooter and jetski markets.

7 Statistics / Markets 35% of R&G turnover is in our home market. Export sales become ever more important and we have more than 12,000 sales outlets worldwide in 40+ countries. We are now the leading brand in countries where there was previously a home-grown market leader. France, Belgium for example.

8 Business Model R&G attend shows worldwide, in order to reach both trade customers and consumers. With six sales agents and a UK sales manager, we supply 1500 outlets in the UK, 500 of whom stock a full display of our products. With in-house CAD design capability, we quickly identify opportunities and bring them to market faster than our competitors or the major bike manufacturers.

9 Business Model (cont.) We supply 95%+ of goods on the day that customers place orders. We strive to be a one-stop supplier for crash protection and key styling parts for motorcycles. Identifying market trends and devising new product lines to maximise our potential. Being first to market for new bikes is a top KPI for us.
