LiquA is an industrial packaging and logistics group with an extensive network throughout the world.
The company is incorporated in Spain and its factory is located in Istanbul, Turkey. Liqua team has been in the industry since 1997 as a packaging manufacturer. The starting product has been big bags. In 2007, the group started producing flexitanks and developing solutions for bulk liquids.
In 2011, LiquA Logistics LTD was established to provide service to its clients through Liqua network. Customers are provided high quality of bulk liquid logistics services as well as the most innovative packaging solutions.

9. What is R-Flex 20ft?…
R-Flex, Easy Flexitank for 20ft reefer containers is a harnessed design that, thanks to its anti-wave technology, does not require any bulkhead and does not exert any pressure to the side walls of the containers. R-flex stabilizes the liquid and does NOT allow payloads to generate any hydrodynamic force (sloshing). Air is free to flow around the payload, allowing for more efficient cooling during shipment.

10. What is R-Flex 20ft?…
Each R-flex is constructed using two separate tanks that are interconnected via 8 large ports. Filled at an inlet in the bottom tier the payload fills the bottom tank before flowing into the top tier.

11. What is R-Flex 40ft?…
R-Flex 40ft is an easy and cost effective way of transporting bulk commodities. A safe flexitank design for 40ft Reefer Containers. It is the only Monobloc (one piece) flexitank with anti–wave technology, ensuring payload stabilization. R-Flex 40ft does NOT allow liquid to generate any hydrodynamic forces (sloshing).

Wave breakers integrated in the R-Flex design minimize the flow of the liquid within chambers to keep the hydro dynamic energy and surge at minimum.

18. What is Gamma Irradiation…
Sterilisation with gamma rays is one of the most reliable, effective and common alternative sterilisation methods used today. The irradiation facility makes use of gamma rays released from Co-60 source.
Gamma rays are ionising rays
Gamma rays are electromagnetic energy just like radio, TV waves or microwaves, visible light or x-rays
During ionisation, electrons are removed from atoms. These free electrons can participate in chemical reactions or detach DNA molecules from living organisms
This reaction is the basis of terminating microorganisms such as bacteria, parasites, mold, yeasts or fungus
