Meaningful Common Purpose Must develop “own” purpose Specific Performance Goals Aligned with its Purpose Requires members to focus on the collective effort necessary Mix of Complementary Skills Technical/functional expertise, problem-solving and decision-making skills and interpersonal skills Strong Commitment to How Work Gets Done Members must agree on who will do what, how schedules will be established and how decisions will be made and modified Mutual Accountability Trust and Commitment
