Where can you vote? Where are you getting your information about the election? Media? Parents/Guardians? Siblings? Friends?

Why Young People are not Voting IMPATIENCE
Many young voters feel the the bureaucracy of government is so much so, that they don’t have the patience to wait for changes to happen. Immediate issues, that affect young people’s day-to-day lives, are subjected to waiting for laws to be proposed, debated and enacted.

IGNORANCE Many do not know when, where or how to vote.
Many young people are transient, lacking a regular address. Many do not take it upon themselves to register to vote.

DISTRUST Many young people distrust the system.
There are many conspiracy theories that imply that all elections are fixed or rigged. This is largely due to the massive use of social media to explain politics. Donald Trump Assignment: Find an example of a political conspiracy explanation. Explain the theory to me, and post it on your blog. MUST PASS MY APPROVAL FIRST...NOTHING OUT OF LINE!! (5 MARKS)

VICIOUS CIRCLE Many young people believe that politicians are not a good reflection of their interests, needs, or wants.
