1. Bravo Riojas Elementary Bravo Contract
Hello Singers and Parents!
I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with 3rd grade and to encourage your musical growth. I have high expectations for this group. In order for us to have the most effective rehearsals and reach our goals, there will be a character and attendance policy in effect for all Bravo members.
Character:
The members of the Bravo program are expected to be leaders for their classmates. They should follow the school and class rules not only in Bravo, but in their class during the school day as well. The rules are as follows:
Follow all directions
Raise your hand before you speak
Respect your teacher, your classmates, your music and your classroom
Do not talk during rehearsal
Make music and have FUN doing it!
Attendance:
Bravo members are expected to attend all rehearsals. If there is an illness or emergency, members and parents are asked to contact Mrs. Manning to inform her of their absence either with a written note, phone call or . Additionally, it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that their child is picked up NO LATER THAN 3:45pm. This is a Zero- tolerance policy. If you are late, your child will be asked to leave Bravo.

What is Bravo?
A “karaoke junior” club - designed for fun, music, stage experience and to help increase reading fluency.
Beginning Tuesdays, February 23 – May 10, 2016
Time: 2:45 pm- 3:45 pm (School Holidays/ notice of cancellation due to Mrs.Manning’s absence= No Bravo)

Please sign and return this page of the contract to Mrs. Manning. The student will not be able to attend Bravo until this form is in Mrs. Manning’s hand!
By signing, I acknowledge that I have read and will comply with all of the Bravo policies. I will pick up my child at 3:45. I know and understand what is expected of a Bravo member and will be an example of excellence, both in Bravo rehearsal and in the general classroom. I am aware of the consequences of breaking this contract and understand that if I am unable to comply, I may lose the privilege of participating in the Riojas Bravo program.
