Food Rationing Begins in Spring 1942 Items rationed:
Butter, sugar, meat, canned fruits & vegetables, cooking oil, tea, coffee, ketchup, baby food, etc.

Ration Books Each family gets one. Blue and Red stamps.
Must have stamps & money to purchase goods.

How many stamps? Each person got 16 red and 48 blue stamps per week.
Points published each week. Must plan ahead.
