Our Mission Statement Our onboarding mission is to set each new hire on the path toward reaching his or her full potential for consistency and achievement. Presentation of clear goals and expectations will allow seamless social and professional integration into the Geometry Global community.

Overview Pre-day one: Manager will create a New Hire Plan including goals and objectives for new hire HR encourages managers to do something to welcome new-hires/ interns Team lunch / Decorate desk HR reach out to each team to designate a Mentor for each intern Include in job objectives of each mentor

Overview Day one: HR introduces Interns to their Managers
Manager then gives New Hire their New Hire Plan HR will introduce the Geometry Onboarding Challenge Game This will include every task a new hire needs to complete

Overview Week one: New Hires: Team Lunch
Manager checkpoint meeting (Discuss learning plan) Discover who your mentor is

Overview Quarterly: Social Event- Group Dinner for group of new hires/interns 3pm- end of day Ted Talk with Executives cross team learning (creative learns about account) Learning about WPP and how it works Attend one Town Hall

Manager will explain to mentor that this is part of the mentor's development plan within their own job New hire can seek advice and development through this resource Mentor will new hire before their first day to help them get acquainted
