9. * Wellness Break -
Grades 5 to 8 students are welcome to come to the library for 2nd recess to have some QUIET down time.
The Wellness Break will allow you to settle into a quiet corner in the library to read a book, do some drawing or some quiet, independent activity.
No talking, chatting, doing homework, or technology allowed.

13. Chess Club Time: Wednesday - 10:50 - 11:20 Place: Library
Coach: Mr. Knox
All grade 4 to grade 8 students are welcome to join the chess club. Food and drinks are not permitted. Have a snack in your class before you come. You may bring your own chess board.

Practice today at morning break. Don’t forget your permission slips for our game at Birchview Dunes after school today.

Lane Macdonald Gr Mateo Williams /Mrs.Venus Showed Kindness: I saw Lane give another student money so they can participate in the Valentine’s Day dance.
Heidi and Kobe Ms.McQuarrie Showed Kindness: They found a frozen mitten on the yard and made sure to bring it to the lost and found so the person’s missing mitten may be found.
