Today’s focus: To understand the make up of a Magazine / paper based advert. To be able to create an advert for a product with a key focus on who the target audience is.

You are about to see a typical magazine advert.
When looking at this advert, try to identify one of the techniques and be prepared to feedback on what the technique is and what the advert creator is trying to do.

Your role today is to consider exactly how adverts will be different for each different audience.
Using the table that you have copied into your books, I would like you to plan a campaign for a cosmetic gift. The gift is a selection of relaxing bath products. Each table will be given a different audience to target and you must plan your campaign accordingly.

You are to create your advert for your homework, ensuring that all of the essential ingredients of an advert are included. It should be A4 in size and can be drawn or designed on the computer. You should also aim to show where the key features are by annotating it.
