2. Question Which kind on mentos
(crushed, or full) will cause the biggest explosion??????????

3. Background
I chose this topic because i was in my kitchen and i like coke and mentos so what if i put them together? So i wanted to try it

4. Hypothesis
If i use crushed mentos then there will be a bigger explosion than the full mentos.

5. Variables independent-type of soda dependent-soda left in bottle
constant-size of soda, type of mentos

6. Procedure Get items in area pick a soda (diet coke, reg.coke)
put mentos in geyser tube
put geyser tube on the bottle
pull string for geyser tube
step back and watch
REPEAT

there was a 40 oz bottle and in the diet coke (full) there was 20 oz left in the crushed diet there was 15 oz left in the reg. full there was 10 oz left in the reg. crushed there was 5 oz left.

9. Conclusion
My conclusion is that what i put for my hypothesis was incorrect i think this because there is less production in making diet coke and the experiment was fun after all if you want you can do this experiment it is fun and safe.
