2. Purpose
Google Forms is part of Google Drive tools, users can access it by using Google account.
Google Forms offer a lot of benefits to the users. Whether users need a contact form or a checkout page, a survey or a student directory, a form is all you need to easily gather that information. With Google Forms, it is free and it only takes few minutes to make one.

In this project, let's take an in-depth look at Google Forms features, hidden tools, and add-ons to help you make the forms you need in minutes.

Learners will clarify how to use Google forms and collect their data with flowchart.
Learners will identify how to work with hidden tools of Google Forms.

6. Why chosen Google Forms as topic/ delivery, and media
A lot of people unware how to use Google Form and that Tutorial Video will present how they can create (Forms) in short time!
My media will be Video by using QUICKTIME
program to recorder screen (It is free program). Then edit by using iMovie program,
then I will upload it to YouTube and post it in my blog.
