1 C4A: A schizophrenia gene
I think the white letters with black outline stands out a lot better than the tan color. I think the title is fine, but there might be something more catchy you could come up with! Soroush Besharat

2 What is schizophrenia? I really like the colors in this slide! Black background really makes them pop

3 What is synaptic pruning?

4 Where is C4A mutated in schizophrenia?
x A2M comp NTR-C A2M-N2 A2M recep A2M-N ANATO A2M Thiol-ester

5 How well-conserved is C4A?
A2M A2M comp A2M recep NTR-C Human (1744 AA) A2M-N2 A2M-N ANATO A2M Thiol-ester Chimp (1744 AA) 99% iden. Mouse (1735 AA) 73% iden. Zebrafish (1717 AA) 34% iden I was just playing around with colors, but I think that having colors that are very different from each other helps differentiate between the different domains (since there are so many). I picked these bright colors to kind of tie in the bright images that you started out with, since they really stood out to me. I also added shading to the text inside the domain, and I made the strand skinner to make the domains stand out more too. I also made your title and label text bigger. It’s not necessary to have the domain names in all of the ones after human since the colors are the same and the domains don’t change between organisms. Frog (1683 AA) 41% iden.
