Democratization would be a gradual opening of the political system. April 1989 – Poland was able to overthrow Communist regime

Reform Hungary was able to build a coalition between political parties in 1994. The Berlin Wall was opened on November 9, 1989. People were cautious of German reunification because of its past trying to take over Europe.

Reform Germany’s economy suffered from reunification because many workers were unemployed. The Czech people kept protesting their government and demanding reform until 500,000 protested in Prague one day and the government stepped down.
