Using art supplies and the provided piece of paper, please complete a mini poster on your assigned classroom expectation.

3 Wednesday, March 20, 2019 -Evidence Log worksheet -ELA packet online on Google Classroom
Either on your own or with a partner, please work on your evidence log. You must complete the first two questions on “What on Earth is Left to Explore.” Then, choose at least two others to complete. You may finish the entire sheet for extra credit.

4 Thursday, March 21, 2019 Today, you will complete your graphic organizer using the Evidence Log from yesterday. Write your claim: Do you believe that kids should become explorers? State your reasons: Why do you believe this? (at least two) Give me evidence: Look at your evidence log for direct quotes from the text, statistics, facts, examples, quotes from experts (at least one) Provide a call to action: What should the audience do now that they’ve been convinced of your claim?
