3. February 9-10, 2016 SWBAT: prove knowledge thru ACUITY
RESPONSIBILITY
Step 1: After logging into the computer use the Acuity Icon or got to 
Step 2: Log into the acuity site
Username: The same as your computer login (s, first five of last name, first initial, last three of student ID number
Password: Student ID number
Step 3: “What would you like to do today?” – click “ASSESSMENTS” at the top of the page.
Step 4: Scroll down and find “Acuity Omaha LA Grade…”
  Pick the appropriate grade level for you
Step 5: Click the “START” button to the right
Step 6: Read the directions and click “NEXT”
Step 7: Click on the green “GO” light
Step 8: Read Questions carefully and make your answer choices
Step 9: When you have answered all the questions, click “NEXT” (upper right hand corner of the testing window) then, choose “FINISH TURN IN TEST”
Step 10: Repeat Steps 3-9 for “Acuity Omaha Math Grade…”
Pick the appropriate grade level for you
Step 11: Follow the teacher’s directions for finished early.
