4 Moral Standards in Ethical Concept
Moral values can usually be expressed as statements describing objects or features of objects, i.e., “Honesty is good”. They are important indicators of a person’s ethical standards, but cannot be equated to moral standards. (Non moral standard)

5 Characteristics of Moral Standards
It deals with subject matters that have serious implications in society, environment, and workplace; irrespective of whether the implications are beneficial or harmful. They are self regulatory. They are based on impartial considerations. They are self-inflicting.

Helps in Governing Business Activities Helps in Distinguishing Right Action from the Wrong Helps in Maintaining Cordial Relations Helps Business in Securing Optimum Utilisation of Natural Resources
