4 What is Model UN? A academic competition where can learn about diplomacy, persuasive skills, current events, international relations, and the United Nations. Researching, public speaking, debating, and writing in addition to critical thinking and teamwork. An extracurricular activity at the high school and collegiate level that is well-known across the nation and world. With many colleges, including Harvard, Stanford, Yale and Princeton, participating in two huge competitions in Washington DC and New York. Can I make this bulleted instead of one long paragraph?

5 What is Model UN? Two main events in Model UN:
Participants in Model UN conference are placed in committees and assigned countries, or occasionally other organizations or political figures, where they represent them. They are presented with their assignments in advance, along with a topic or topics that their committee will discuss. Delegates conduct research before conferences and formulate positions that they will then debate with their fellow delegates in the committee, staying true to the actual position of the member they represent. At the end of a conference, the best-performing delegates in each committee, as well as delegations, are recognized with awards. Two main events in Model UN: Committees: An assembly where delegates of a countries who are apart of a specific organization within the UN (UNESCO, WHO, UNSC) aim to make a resolution on a particular topic regarding that organization area of expertise. Crisis Committees: It is an assembly where students roleplay as key individuals in a historical event.
