Force-field analysis To change a product. Think of all negative forces beforehand. List and discuss various forces that are in favour ( driving forces) of the change List and discuss forces that are against proposed change (restraining forces)

Three steps. Write down all thoughts regarding a certain problem. Take down ideas one by one and list advantages and disadvantages. Evaluate each idea and choose the best
