The quotient of a positive and a negative is a negative
10 / -5 = -2
-10 / 5 = -2

3. Rule #2: Division of integers can be modelled using a sharing, grouping, or inverse multiplication
-10 / 2 = ?
-10 counters shared between 2 groups = -5 each

4. Grouping
-10 / -2 = ?
How many jumps of -2 does it take to get to -10? 5

5. Inverse Multiplication
-10 / 2
? X 2 = -10
? = -5
