Answer the question with your post knowledge about the Constitutional Convention? What was the Three-Fifths Compromise What was the Great Compromise. What was the Virginia Plan? Why was there a New Jersey Plan? List the branches of government and explain what they do. To count three out of every five slaves towards Representation. There would be a upper house with equal representation and a lower house based on state population Presented three houses of government. In the legislative branch, both houses, representation would be based on wealth and population Small states refused to allow representation based o wealth and population because the big states would dominate. Executive Branch- enforces the laws Legislative Branch- makes the laws Judicial Branch- interprets the law
