Verb tenses describe WHEN the action is happening.
PRESENT (it happens REGULARLY) PAST (it already HAPPENED) FUTURE (it’s ABOUT to happen)

Present Tense of Verbs to show something happens regularly or all the time for permanent or long-lasting situations when expressing facts or statements that are always true when talking about feelings or stating opinions

For more practice in forming the present tense of the verbs, answer pages 73 to 74 of your textbook, exercises A, B and C.

Past Tense of Verbs to show actions done and completed in the past
time expressions used are yesterday, last night, before, long ago, last month, last week, etc.

For more practice in forming the past tense of the verbs, answer pages 79 to 80 of your textbook, exercises A and B.

Future Tense of Verbs to show action yet to happen
time expressions used are tomorrow, soon, later, tonight, a few hours from now, next time, next week, next year, in a while, and others.
