CIP: Capital Improvement Program System to track DPW capital infrastructure projects Microsoft SQL Database | ASP.NET Cloud-based | Microsoft Azure | Chicago Datacenter Go-Live since 2015 Used by Program Manager, PM’s and now Vendors Includes: Schedule | Scope | Budget Financials: Contracts | Invoices {eContract/eInvoice} Resources: Assigned PM’s | Vendors | RPR’s Also Includes: Eng. core development completed January, 2018 DPW internal user testing and feedback completed February, 2018 CIP & INC migrated to Cloud for Vendor Access initiated May 2018 Alpha Pilot begins May 2018 with real project Beta Pilot begins July 2018 with real project dependency on standardized Pay Item Catalogue ready for use, after September 1, 2018

Vendors with Projects in Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 Training Session #1, March 08, Training Session #2, March 12, Training Session #3, March 20, 2019 Vendors with Projects in Quarter 2 and 3 Training Sessions to be scheduled in May to July Training Format (Typ.) - all day at DPW (8:30am to 4:30pm) - bring laptop, with wireless access to internet - lunch will be provided
