core development completed January, 2018 DPW internal user testing and feedback completed February, 2018 CIP & INC migrated to Cloud for Vendor Access initiated May 2018 Alpha Pilot begins May 2018 with real project Beta Pilot begins July 2018 with real project dependency on standardized Pay Item Catalogue ready for use, after September 1, 2018
