(Choose at least 2 from my list, you can make one more if you want) Their name is different on the booking, the have to pay extra to change The place they are flying to or from is different on your system The day or time of the flight is different The flight has been delayed You have too many or too little passengers The class they wanted to fly is full! They have to be upgraded or down graded They cant have the meal they want. They are not allowed in the First class lounge as they look too poor/ugly
