The victim of a single story – explain what happened, who victimized you, what the story was, how you felt, how you handled it, etc. The giver of a single story – explain what happened, who you gave a single story to, what your story was, why you thought that, how you made them feel, etc. **Journals should be one well-written paragraph with lots of details (at minimum!).
