3 Our Mission In a world moving more and more towards commercialized agriculture, we must ensure that crop yields are being optimized to their fullest potential. Agrodone strives to ensure that all factors regarding the farming process are utilized precisely and methodically in the pursuit of maximized agricultural efficiency.

4 Optimize Agricultural Production
Value Proposition Optimize Agricultural Production Through improving certain agricultural processes, farmers can see monumental returns given the costs of performing the drone service. By personalizing which agricultural processes are improved for each client, versus a holistic process used for every customer, farmers can save money on costs while seeing a return on this investment in their crop yields. Consulting advice for current and future crop seasons based on drone data gathered Increase revenues for corporations through maximized agricultural efficiency Reducing sunk costs for traditionally assumed agricultural production losses

5 Assumptions UAVs will be controlled by certified company pilots on client’s property Depending on size of property, multiple pilot and drones will be used Pictures and real-time sensor readings will be processed on site for quick turnaround

6 Mission Profile Pilots will be stationed at a central location of property for best position for flight control Since multi-copter UAVs will be used, a takeoff and landing pad can be built Predetermined flight pattern is determined by pilots to optimize time needed and capture every part of fields

7 Mission Profile (cont.)
UAV climbs to ~150 ft. and begins flight route Cameras and sensors collect data Takeoff from Launch Pad Pilot completes flight plan over entire property Are pictures usable? Land Yes No

8 Ground Station Main hub for pilots and collected information is stored in utility van Pilots travel to client’s location in van, which contains UAVs, maintenance and data processing equipment, etc. UAVs able to return to landing pad and receive back-up rechargeable batteries to continue flight

9 Ground Station (cont.) Pilots and managers at headquarters can plan pre-flight route with information provided by clients If multiple pilots are required for a specific job Utilize radio communication between pilots to ensure safety between multiple UAVs Radio communication with Quality Control at headquarters to ensure flight pattern is maintained and in case of issues

10 Legal Situation

11 Legal Situation (cont.)

12 Privacy Potential Issues
When working with corporations, there could be confidential R&D that the drones would pick up through images If client’s property is surrounded by residential or high traffic areas, concerns over inappropriate surveying or information gathering could arise

13 Privacy (cont.) Proposed Solution
Have programmed software to blur license plate numbers of vehicles When creating pre-flight routes, take into consideration surrounding areas so as to not violate privacy laws Determine with clients if there are particular areas on property that UAVs must avoid or blur out images

14 Maintenance Concept
