Health Today Health is the overall wellbeing of your body, mind, and relationships with other people. Two affecting factors: Life Expectancy # of years expected to live Quality of Life Overall satisfaction a person gets from life

Level of physical activity Intake of fat, sugar, or salt, Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, Use of seat belts Behaviors & friends

Most of things you do in your life have some type of risk associated measure the benefits of risk first!

Pick a problem & use the decide process to determine a solution Talk with in your group and have 1 representative speak on behalf of the group Activity Problems: Friends want you to skip school Being pressure to have sex Pressured to smoke marijuana - Yelling at your teacher because your upset Stealing from local store
