Service Partners for the Children
Our Service Partners are: Children’s Miracle Network March of Dimes UNICEF Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) is a nonprofit organization that raises money to benefit hospitalized kids while increasing awareness of its member hospitals. Key Club members can participate in service projects at their local children's hospital in the following ways: - Provide toys and dolls for kids going through trauma. - Contribute to or create video, toy, or book lending libraries or playrooms. - Help staff information booths or surgery waiting rooms. - Assist families with children who require long-term care or who live great distances from hospitals. - Support safety campaigns or parent education programs. - Purchase specific pieces of equipment. March of Dimes: Prematurity campaign to raise awareness of prematurity and prevent premature births. Each year, Key Clubbers help by raising funds for March of Dimes programs to help prevent prematurity. In , Key Club raised $100,000 for March of Dimes. UNICEF is the largest procurer of vaccines in the world, buying 2.6 billion doses of vaccines in 2008, and reaching 56% of the world’s children. Key Club helps fundraise for the ELIMINATE Project. Fall Rally tickets as well as the Trick or Treat donation boxes all go to UNICEF.

What is the golden touch of service?
The golden touch of service is a power that we, as individuals of Key club international, hold. We are instrumental because with every project, with every dollar raised, with every friend met, our Service, our very "touch" on this world makes it for a more Golden place.

In Greek Mythology, there was a king called King Midas. He was "cursed" with the power that everything he touched, would turn to gold. Our service is King Midas, but it is a blessing that what we touch, turns GOLDEN.
