Values The ideas, beliefs, and attitudes about what is important that help guide the way you live. A responsible decision will reflect your values.

Step 3: Weigh the possible outcomes. Healthful Ethical- Does the decision reflect what you and your family believe is right? Legal Parent approved

Step 5: Make a decision and act on it Use everything you know at this point to make a responsible decision.

Find the person who has the exact same card as you. Sit next to that person. Do all of this in 1 minute.

State the situation: List all of the options: Weigh the possible outcomes: Healthy? Ethical? Legal? Parent Approved? 4. Will this decision line up with the person’s values? Why?

Achieving Your Goals Have a plan… List the steps that you will take.
Identify sources that will help you. Evaluate your progress and make adjustments. Reward yourself when you reach your goal.

Values represent what is important to you. Understand that your values help shape your goals in life. Goals that you set for yourself based on your values are the ones that will be easier to achieve.
