Monday Bell Ringer & Agenda:
If you are finished, print out your script and bring it to me. If you are not finished, complete it Bell Ringer Peer Review Finalize script Turn it in

Finished? Not Finished? Trade stories with a partner. Read it out loud to them (their story). Make any editing marks needed. Put both names on the story, so I know who you worked with. Turn in your rough draft with your final copy. Make sure you have the correct formatting Courier New, 12 point 1 inch margins. Names centered. Slug lines italicized. Actor directions in parenthesis Needs to be at least a page. But also needs to be a complete story (will most likely be 2 or 3 pages) Include: Character names and dialogue Narration/ Scene Snap shot Slug Lines Setting Actor Directions Scripts are due today!! Also, some people did not turn in assignment from last week: Criminal Minds Writing prompt & Worksheet!

Pay attention, some of the details are quick! When finished, answer any questions that you have remaining. Highlight any remaining/lingering questions. Staple it to your worksheet and turn into the bin for grade!

Read Book: As you read, write down your main characters and create a character chart for them. It’s your chart, so include what you feel is necessary to write a script. You will turn this in at the end of class for a grade, so make sure you’re working on it as you read!
