What did each side expect and plan for during the early stages of the Civil War? What were the battles early in the conflict like? How did Lincoln manage the complexities of the war? What complications did each side face at home?

You will look at two charts which compare the economies of the North and South during the Civil War. For each item on the chart you should answer… Which side has the advantage in this category? Why might this advantage help in winning the Civil War? After you are finished, you will create a Thesis Statement… (more on this in a moment)
