Morocco Is elongated, it has easy access to the to the pacific ocean and they can ship things with less expense. France is prorupted, the advantages would be access to more resources, but they would be hard to ship.

In Morocco there is a higher life expectancy for females, but in france there is a higher life expectancy for males. There are older people in france than there is in Morrocco. France is more developed and has easier access to shipments.
