2. Every RA has access to the RA Shared drive on the RA office computer or through the virtual computer lab. This RA shared directory is key to your position.
You will use the RA Shared drive for duty reports, get forms, etc. You will have access once you come to campus in the fall.

3. Symplicity (student conduct data base)
All RAs will use Symplicity, our campus Student Conduct data base. This is where you will enter student conduct incident reports. More details are listed on the Student Conduct module.

4. Housing and Residential Education has developed an RA Website for your benefit.

The RA website will include content from this course, links to other resources on the web, and updates, etc. This will be a helpful tool for all RAs at UMass Dartmouth.

5. The Virtual Computing Lab (VCL) allows UMass Dartmouth faculty, staff and students access to university licensed software from their personal computers at any time and from any place. Authenticated users can plan to use this software in advance by making a reservation, or connect to the software on demand provided copies are available.
Go to the My UmassD Portal and you will find the link to the VCL under the Quick Links.
Using the VCL will give you access to the RA Share from any computer on campus.
