It is a free software that is available with few licensing and copyright restrictions.
One advantage of open source software is that a community of users continues to make changes to the software, keeping it current without needing to wait for periodic updates.
They offer little to no formal support instead they are supported from the community.
These are free and easily ascessible.

4. Specific Industry Design
The vertical market software is type of software focused on specific industry or market and their needs.
Horizontal market software on the other hand can be used in a wide array of industries.
Real estate is an example of someone who would use vertical market
Business would use horizontal market software because it is less specific such as Microsoft word

Accounting software
Manage finance more efficiently by providing tools for tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable
Having small business that produces income, it is very important to keep good records and track your expenses and income.
Quickbooks and sage 50 are examples of accounting software

6. Multi-user license Concurrent licenses
Limit the number of users accessing the software at any given time
Businesses and schools can often by software that is by the seat in order for everyone to be running on the same network and more of a “wholesale” rate
A concurrent license is a certain amount of people not paid by each person it is a fixed number

Animations are to create an illusion by moving objects
Transitions is the process of changing form one to another.
In powerpoint animations happen in the slide
Transitions are how one smoothly changes between slides

The theme of the presentation is a fixed program that has color schemes, background designs and multiple different slide designs.

To arrange text and graphics you would access the “home” tab
The home tab has font, paragraph, drawing, and editing sections to arrange your text and graphics.

So most people don’t actually use their software for everything it is capable of

If you are using an open software there may be no software assistance
If you are using commercial software they will have customer service
For example on Microsoft word 2019 there is a help tab that has customer support, training, and frequently asked questions
