What Variables are what we are asking or measuring.
With your odd person give an example of a categorical variable and even person give an example of quantitative variable. Write your answers on your white boards. Categorical Variable Quantitative Variable Male or Female? How much did you pay for a move this weekend? Do you play a Sport? How many trips did you family go on this summer? Do you play in the Marching Band? What was your GPA last year?
