History: La Roche was built in 1963 in Pittsburgh PA.
Founded by the Congregation of Divine Providence as an independent and a private catholic school for religious sisters. It got it’s name from a lady called Marie de La Roche

What is it like? La Roche College is a small private four year school.
They have all sports teams boys and girls. It is a urban campus so there are things near by to do or to work at. Their mascot is the RedHawks.

Things Near by: Near La Roche there are many things to do near by.
There are movie theaters, shopping center’s, mall’s, and places to eat. There is a gym close to La Roche if you want to work out if the one on campus is full.

Financial aid/scholarships.
Financial Aid is something every college student needs. 93% of people that apply for financial aid does in fact receive it. Scholarships are provided to throughout high-school GPA. Even through letters you can get scholarships for your writings.

Career services: The management rate at La Roche is about 25%.
They have internships that you can apply for and help you get a job right out of college. Business and marketing also have a 25% and offer jobs right out of college.

Social Activities: Although La Roche does not have Greek life they have many different activities. They have many sports teams there like basketball, baseball, soccer, etc.. Baseball is most popular there winning AMCC section champs back to back years and years in the past. They also have charity events with the Pirates and do food drives for the poor.

On campus living: On campus there is no drinking and drugs use allowed. There is a bar right across the street that if you are 21 or older you can go over and drink. They provide dorms for you with a roommate you can either choose you that they give you. If you do not like your roommate you go to campus ministry and they will change it for you.

Meal plans: They have a wide variety of foods you may choose from there. Providence meal plan mandatory for all freshman. 19 weeks of food and $120 in Hawks bucks. Cost: $2, per semester. Also have the Red and White meal plan. 6 meals a week with $580 in Hawk bucks. Cost: $1, per semester.

Questions. Will financial aid be enough?
Are all the food plans mandatory? How much will I get off of scholarships? Can they take away my scholarships at anytime? Can I live from home my freshman year? If not how long will I have to stay in a dorm with someone.
